October 5th & 6th, 2016
Boise State University, Boise Idaho
The Idaho Partnerships Conference on Human Services is the largest regional conference focusing on providing quality training to human service professionals, parents, self advocates and community members who serve and support people with disabilities and their families. We have provided these annual conferences since 1996.
For the past 20 years, agencies, organizations and advocacy groups from all over the northwest have partnered to bring top-level national speakers to the region. This collaborative partnership of organizations has provided educational opportunities to human service professionals, parents, self advocates and community members who serve and support people with disabilities and their families.
In 2016 we are proud to welcome Boise State University’s, Department of Special Education as our partner. The Student Union at Boise State will be this year’s venue for our conference and we have a star studded line up of presenters to help us “Shake It Up” as we create opportunities to learn and grow.
Don’t miss our very special guest Dr. Temple Grandin, a leading advocate for the autistic community who will be joining us on October 5th.
Please plan on attending this year’s conference with topics covering:
- Improved Techniques in Behavioral Health
- Development of Creative Therapy Skills

- Greater Understanding of Disabilities
- Improved Employment for Individuals with Disabilities
- Better Managed Care Relationships
- Improved Health and Wellness
